Chris at reception welcomed us warmly and assured our needs were met. The cleanliness of the room and the kitchen amenities made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

We had an excellent time with the whole family! We spent some time exploring the nearby Airwalk Trampoline Arena, which was a hit with the kids. The full kitchen in our suite made it super convenient for us to prep snacks and meals, adding to our comfort.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise levels were disruptive during our stay.

I was really impressed with how the staff went out of their way. The amenities were solid, especially the kitchen, which made it easy to whip up some late-night snacks after a long day.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable, clean accommodations and the ease of access to nearby retail. The full kitchen made meal prep simple, and we enjoyed our dinner at nearby Highlands, a must-try. Our dog felt right at home too!

The Sonesta Simply Suites provided spacious accommodations with a separate living area, which was ideal for work-related tasks. The room was spotless, featuring great bedding, efficient air conditioning, and excellent kitchen amenities like a full-size refrigerator and microwave. The staff was exceptionally helpful, promptly assisting with requests, and the property was well-located for easy access to retail and dining options.

The hotel appeared dated and in need of upgrades.

I had a pleasant experience at Sonesta Simply Suites in Birmingham. I appreciated the spacious accommodations. However, the hotel's dated appearance was noticeable, and it could definitely use some upgrades. The noise level in my room was quite bothersome, especially with the elevator running throughout the night, and I was next to an exit door that slammed during the early morning hours. This disrupted my sleep significantly. Even though the staff was generally helpful, the morning staff could seem a bit disengaged. Overall, it was a mixed bag, but I valued the location's access to nearby shopping and dining.
